Final Project

My 5 prefered topics that I have chosen are Authority, The Power of Talk, leadership communication, Power, and Strong leadership.

1. Authority- is an important thing when it comes to an organization because it is like an engine which makes things move and also creates a sense of hierarchy because authority cannot work without an hierarchy within a system because it needs to be delegated.

2. The Power of Talk- is also an important topic for me because talking is part of our life and I think talking has this power in getting things done and facilitating people's ideas what is being required from them.

3. Leadership Communication- it is one of the most crucial things of a company because if the communication between the leadership and other sectors of the company are poor there is going to be poor performance.

4. Power- comes from authority and leadership and also power can be delegated but good use of it will lead to immense success because we can easily abuse with power too and this can cause problems with workers and between the leadership.

5. Strong Leadership- a strong leader is someone who delegates and uses power with care but also someone who is able to communicate clearly and connect people in the company. Strong leadership creates successful times .
