Power

I personally believe that power comes always from above because good leaders become powerful leaders. I think that every leader bad or good has power and the way they use this power gives the quality of the seeds they implement. The whole idea of power is that everyone seeks power especially in an organization because power in different companies gives you all kinds of freedom and positions. The idea that power comes from above is that at the end of the day the one on top is the center of the whole company and that all the things go around that person. (I am stuck) Even the process of power creates a hierarchy because you are putting yourself on top and the idea of putting yourself on top can eventually lead you there. Also because the reason you are on top means that you persuaded people and made them think like you which gives power to you.
